TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Standard rate includes 2 people per villa with extra guests rate of $150 per person per night.
Maximum occupancy of four persons per villa with the exception of the Platinum Villa which has maximum occupancy of five. - We do not accept persons less than 15 years of age in our Platinum, Rumours Beachfront or Beachside villas unless the whole facility is block booked. Exceptions can be made in our Reflections Beachfront villas at Managers discretion – please enquire.
- Minimum stay requirement is three nights.
- We accept Visa and MasterCard.
A 20% deposit of the total accommodation value is required to confirm reservations. - Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 11am so if you require transfers outside these hours you may like to consider adding early check in or late check out to your booking.

Cancellation Policy
- Reservations cancelled outside 30 days of arrival date: full refund of any monies paid.
- Reservations cancelled between 30 and 8 days prior to arrival: 2 nights accommodation due.
- Reservations cancelled inside one week of arrival date: full reservation cost due.
- No Show or reduced length stay at, or after, check-in: full reservation cost due.
- Refunds may be subject to a 3% Credit Card fee.
