- Standard rate includes 2 people per villa with extra guests rate of $200 per person per night.
Maximum occupancy of four persons per villa. - We do not accept persons less than 15 years of age in our Platinum, Rumours Beachfront or Beachside villas unless the whole facility is block booked. Exceptions can be made in our Reflections Beachfront villas at Managers discretion – please enquire.
- Minimum stay requirement is three nights.
- We accept Visa and MasterCard.
A 20% deposit of the total accommodation value is required to confirm reservations.

Cancellations affected by COVID-19 travel restrictions
- Free date changes. No cancellation or amendment fees will apply if you are impacted by border closures or proof of COVID-19 infection prior to departure.
Cancellations NOT due to COVID-19 travel restrictions
- Our standard cancellation policy will apply for any bookings not impacted by border closures or proof of COVID-19 infection. i.e. if you choose to not travel for your own reasons.
- Our standard cancellation policies also apply if you are unable to travel due to non-compliance with the Cook Islands entry requirements. Refer – CI Coronavirus Travellers Information.
- We recommend you purchase travel insurance for all other unforeseen circumstances that may result in cancellation or any other claim.
Cancellation Policy
- Reservations cancelled outside 30 days of arrival date: full refund of any monies paid.
- Reservations cancelled between 30 and 8 days prior to arrival: 2 nights accommodation due.
- Reservations cancelled inside one week of arrival date: full reservation cost due.
- No Show or reduced length stay at, or after, check-in: full reservation cost due.
- Refunds may be subject to a 3% Credit Card fee.
