Standard rate includes 2 people per villa with extra guests rate of $200 per person per night.
Maximum occupancy of four persons per villa.
We do not accept persons less than 15 years of age in our Platinum, Beachfront Romance or Beachside villas unless the whole facility is block booked. Exceptions can be made in our Beachfront Spa villas at Managers discretion – please enquire.
Minimum stay requirement is three nights.
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
a 20% deposit of the total accommodation value is required to confirm reservations.

*Check in times requested prior to 2:00pm, or check out times requested after 11:00am will incur a full day’s charge. Alternatively use of the separate Day Room may be requested for arrivals up to 12 hours before normal check-in, or 12 hours after normal check-out at a rate of $300 per booking.

Should borders temporarily close between New Zealand and Rarotonga (after 17th May 2021) which would be within one month of your arrival, and deposit has been paid, then deposit will be retained but there will be no penalties for a change of booking dates, and you will be free to change your booking up to one year from planned time of arrival. In all other cases, the normal cancellation policy below will apply.”
Reservations cancelled outside two months of arrival date: full refund of any monies paid.
Cancelled inside two months but outside one month of arrival date: one night’s accommodation due.
Cancelled inside one month but outside one week of arrival date: two nights accommodation due.
Cancelled inside one week of arrival date: three nights accommodation due.
No Show or reduced length stay at, or after, check-in: full reservation cost due.
