Here at Rumours I think we have the best staff possible! Most of our team have been working with us for years. One of our longest employees is Toni who has been part of the team almost since the day Rumours opened and is a very important and valued team member.

Toni is a Cook Islander, born and raised mostly in Rarotonga, has three children and believe it or not, two grandchildren ! Her work ethic is a credit to her and nothing is ever too much trouble. Guests love her as she often goes the extra mile in her own time to make sure they are happy. Toni can turn her hand to almost anything at Rumours, she is an excellent painter, can slot into the office when needed, maintenance, laundry, but housekeeping is her specialty and it’s an avenue of skill she excels at – and we often wonder at the speed and quality of work she can accomplish in a day.
